Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are
Companion Care CRM (the “Service”) is operated by Aimee Chada(“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with Aimee Chada.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and, where you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.
3. The Service
Companion Care CRM is a customer relationship management tool designed for independent companion-care providers. It helps you manage clients, visits, schedules, invoices, expenses, mileage, messages, leads, and reviews.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
- send spam, infringe anyone’s intellectual property, or upload malicious code;
- probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
- scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its content;
- circumvent technical limits or use the Service to build a competing product.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including all software, design, branding, documentation, and content we provide, is owned by Aimee Chada and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
7. Payments, subscriptions, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for change-of-mind refunds.
8. Service level
We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling your subscription through Paddle. On termination we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
12. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
