We want you to feel confident using Companion Care CRM. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address on your purchase, or
  2. Contact us and we will work with Paddle to process your refund.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few business days to appear.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, you can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to help.
