How much does beacompanion cost?
Setting up and practising is free, with no credit card. When you add your first real client you add a payment method and start 60 days free — the first 100 Founding Companions get 90 days. After that it is $19 USD per active client each month, so you only pay in step with the clients you actually serve.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not to start. You can build your business page, learn the system and practise the full journey with one fictional test client without entering any payment details. A card is only needed when you add your first real client, and nothing is charged during your free days.
What counts as an active client?
An active client is someone you are currently serving in the system. Archived or past clients do not count toward your monthly total, so seasonal or paused work does not cost you.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no contract and no per-seat fee. You can cancel from inside the app, and your client records stay yours.
Does beacompanion take a cut of what I earn?
No. You invoice your clients directly and keep every dollar you bill. beacompanion charges only the monthly per-client software fee.
